I had the privilege to receive several coaching sessions over a period of nearly one year. Maike designed a program consisting of individual coaching sessions, in which I worked on my leadership skills as a preparation for a newly position of increased responsibility as much internally (leading a global sales team) as externally (negotiation with global accounts). I have positively conquered some challenges, and a feedback survey I conducted a posteriori has concluded that the coaching positively impacted my leadership skills.
