On Becoming a Great Leader
How to focus on your strengths and excel!
Working with people brings out the best and worst in all of us. For some reason, there is always an area that we can improve on; work sometimes feels like a constant reminder of what you are “not” good at. That’s great if you want to expand your comfort zone and expand.
However, what would it be like to focus on your strengths?
The StrengthFinder test, originally written by Donal Clifton, determines 34 leadership themes that are categorized into 4 areas of expertise:
- Executive
- Influencing
- Relationship Building
- Strategic
“If you focus on people’s weaknesses, they lose confidence.”
T. Rath & B. Conchie
To understand where your strengths lie, we invite you to check out the corresponding worksheet below with a quick intro to the leadership themes.
